Do you feel empty? Do you find that even though time has passed since your loss, it’s still a struggle to make it through the day? Are you keeping sadness, grief, and fear inside of you because the people around you don’t understand? Are you afraid that you’ll never get back to your old self, that you’ll never feel better, and that you’ll never be happy again? Are you frustrated that you still aren’t where you want to be in spite of all of the changes you’ve made? Do you just want your life to be the way it was supposed to be?

Imagine what it would be like to begin to feel healed, whole, and transformed. You can do it, and I can help.

As a survivor of domestic abuse and a bereaved mother, I know how hard the healing journey can be. In our work together, I’m not going to tell you that there is a single path to healing, a one-size-fits-all series of steps that you should follow to feel better. The truth is that everyone’s experience, everyone’s journey, is unique. You are the expert on your experience and healing ultimately comes from within you.

In our work together, I will support you as you discover to how to create your own, deep healing for body, and create a fulfilling, wholehearted life after loss. I will offer you encouragement, emotional support, and a space where you can be open and honest about what you are thinking, feeling, and expressing so you can take the next steps in your journey that are right for you. I will stand shoulder to shoulder with you and help you remember that you are not alone.

Imagine how it will feel to finally come back home to yourself and find peace in who you are who you are becoming.

Imagine how it will feel to regain your vitality, strength, self-esteem, and self-confidence.

Imagine how it will feel to write a new story about who you are and where you’re going that lights you up and makes you believe in yourself and your possibilities again.

Imagine how it will feel to finally sense that inner peace you’ve been looking for.

You can do it, and I can help. Let’s take the next step together.
