The Confederation Trail (2 min walking distance): The PEI portion of Canada’s ‘Rails to Trails’ initiative that converted no longer used railroad tracks to hiking and biking trails is a comfortable walk from Crane’s Landing.

The Hillsborough River Ecocentre (2 min walking distance): Across from the Confederation Trail this visitor centre and eco-information centre is an opportunity to become acquainted with the plants and wildlife you’ll see on the trail and across the province.

Links at Crowbush Cove Golf Course (5 min drive): This premier golf course located on the Island’s north shore is easily accessible from Crane’s Landing. Breakfast can be served earlier to accommodate those early morning tee-times!

Dundarave Golf Course (15 min drive): Crowbush’s sister course located on the south shore is also an easy distance for those golfers with an Island golf package. As above breakfast can be served earlier to accommodate those early morning tee-times!

Beaches (5-10 min drive): We are located a short drive from some of PEI’s beautiful white sand beaches.  Lakeside, Blooming Point, Savage Harbour.

Georgetown Theatre and King’s Playhouse (20 min drive):  Two long standing community theatre companies offering a variety of both well-known and locally written works.

Cavendish  (30 min drive): Location of Anne of Green Gables House and other family attractions.
