Creative Grief Support Circle

​Move from isolation to connection, from despair to hope, and from hurt to healing through art making and sharing in a compassionate and supportive environment. Through a series of creative activities, start to make sense of your loss, discover new perspectives, and recognize the individual strengths that will support you as you continue on your grieving and healing journey.

Reiki 1

Yoga for Grief and Loss

Find relief from the symptoms of grief through the healing practice of yoga. Just as the landscape of grief can change from day to day and year to year, so will our weekly practice. Explore four different styles of yoga and discover a variety of tools and practices you can use anytime and anywhere to support yourself as you continue on your grieving and healing journey.


30-minute sharing circle followed by a 60-minute yoga practice.

Restart Your Heart

​Ready to actively participate in your own healing? Take the next step in your self-healing journey by discovering Reiki, a gentle, non-invasive holistic healing technique that brings balance back to the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. In this interactive, hands-on course, you will receive a Level 1 attunement and gain the confidence, skills, and knowledge to deliver a self-treatment and support your own healing. A comprehensive manual and hands-on practice opportunities will be provided.


Two and a half days. Course follows the Canadian Reiki Association educational guidelines.
